Skin Essentials - Bags on your shoulder, NOT on your face

What aRe ThOsE ThiNGs? Yes, they are the BAGS under ur eyes. Some people gets BaGS under their eyes through genes or for other serveral reasons:
1. Sleep Deprivation
2. Aging (as you get older, the more you have been exposed to gravity which will make the skin under ur eyes drop towards the ground; ALSO, the fatty tissue in ur eyes may slip out and occupy the skin under your eyes)
3. Rubbing eyes ( due to allergies or irritants in the air, like pollutants and mold, etc.)
4. Eating salty foods which retains water/Dehydration
5. Smoking (who woulda thought...causes premature wrinkling of the skin and poor circulation)

My eyes were sagging since I sd, "Whhaaah!" shortly after the doctor slapped me on my butt. As far back as I can remember, I've always had bags. People would say, u look tired.  O__o which would become somewhat annoying when I felt wide away (except, I didn't look it) Right now, I do have a little baggage under my eyes, but I notice that with goooooood rest and waking up and exercising, it definitely helps t bring a renewed freshness to my face. So, WhAt CAN bE DoNe to HeLp:
1. Healthy diet
2. Drink water to hydrate the body, keep in mind your salt intake and adjust your water intake as needed.
3. Sleep
