Here I am, barely could move, knees on locked, looking like grandma shuffling around the office and I knew it was coming and did nothing to remedy it. I don't like doing drugs, so no, I don't want advil, ibuprofen and tylenol. I'm rather sit in bed or lay in bed with a nice hot cup of tea (taking sick leave of course) and then resting, taking my vitamins and dealing with the cramps that way.
Of course, when the boo thing is near, its nice to have my belly and legs rubbed too. Hot food the way I enjoy it, Blu giving me some tunes softly in the background and my boo for cuddling time. Except, i just started a new job and idk bout sick leave yet SO...did some research and found this.
"Anecdotal evidence suggests that Borage Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, and Black Currant Seed Oil work in some women to reduce prostaglandins. Essential fatty acids promote the production of the prostaglandins that help the uterus contract without causing cramping, says Merrell. Read it for urself, not a whole bunch of studies were conducted on the matter, idk why. We're too busy conducting studies on drugs instead of using natural remedies I guess. I've known about using Black currant on the skin and hair, but didn't realize that it could assist with reducing the prostaglandins that induces cramping in the uterus.
Well, news to me. Only problem is...my knees and feet are still on lock and thoughWhole Foods is a few short blocks away, walking to the ladies room at work is a chore in and of itself. BUT its, something worth preparing for the next time around. If anyone uses anything, ANYTHING NATURAL, that is...let ur girl know
MuAh!!!
