WELL! As I finger my hair from root to tip, it feels moisturized and it doesn't look oily or dry. However, the ends of my hair, even after recently cutting them about a week or two ago, some ends still feel thick and uncertain of where to go. Its like the ends of some of the hair is confused, DISCOMBOBULATED!
So, I'm thinking my hair wasn't always like this, what's going on. My ends are not that bad, there can't be heat damage when you don't use much heat if any on the hair and when it's dead winter. I figured it must be from styling my hair wet. It's the only thing that I have been doing more often now than before and now that I think of it when I curl my hair and it's really wet, I mean, no kind of air drying or nothing, the ends feel brittle and unloved. Now, it's not because I haven't moisturzied it, the ends feel moisturized, but for some reason it's frizzing up. So, instead of doing bantu knots/knobs or whatever other name it goes by while my hair is wet, I will completely dry my hair and moisturize and braid hair until completely air dried...THEN spritz with water and EVOO and Argan Oil and then prep hair for whatever curls. It'll work much better. But before then, I have to cut the ends off...again. SMH Hopefully this works cause my hair has been much longer the 1st two times I've been natural. Don't judge me, this is my 4th time being natural! I'll keep you posted. If you have any other ideas, help a sister out. I have type 4A curls. ;-)
