Hair Essentials - Search for a New Stylist

SOOOoo, since I loss my stylist number from my remote control for a phone that broke on me, I'm now in the position where I have to find a new stylist. As we all know, this is a daunting task. We get comfortable where we are at, and though I didn't go to Johnie every 2 wks or even every month, when I wanted to get my hair done professionally (usually to get it pressed) I would go to her and she would hook my tresses up so tight, and when I washed my hair and the press was out, my natural curls would bounce right back into place feeling healthier and stronger than ever. SIGH...but, now I'm on the search for a  new hair stylist.
So I found Sheryce Watson at Generations Hair Designs http://www.generationshairdesigns.com/profiles/SheryceWatson.asp and it went pretty well.

She put this "Sheryce organics Stuff" in my hair that felt nice and light and on top of it! (don't want to give out her secret ingredients, but there were ALL NATURAL) It helps that she is natural too and understood what I was saying. She also gave me a trim (.5-1inch of hair) without cutting off 4 INCHES of my hair like the last person i asked to press my hair months ago, but thats another story. ONLY downfall is that she works in Bowie....so the trip from DC in the early evening during the week can be a bit annoying, especially when I'm passing my house in between there.

However, because the press was nice, light and cute, I scheduled another appt for next week! Lol. I'm a sucker for natural ingredients, great hair care and the like. I think I may try maybe one or two other places, so I can give everyone a fair shot. I will keep you posted though. I have a friend who is trying this other hair care place and asked her to keep me posted on the results. I will let you know what comes out of it. This place is so hardcore natural hair that they DO NOT do blowouts, falt irons or anything like that though. But I say, nothing's wrong with getting ur hair pressed as long as u can treat ur hair well. These pics are of my 4 day old press and its still going strong. I'll update you on what I do to keep it pressed without curling it everyday. :-) This was a mouthful today. I'll keep it shorter tomorrow. MuAh!

I've been surfing online greater than 3 hours today, but I by no means found any interesting article like yours. It is lovely price sufficient for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content material as you probably did, the internet can be a lot more helpful than ever before.
