Sometimes I just need a moment to catch my breath from my busy days...running your own business is hard work! You are ALWAYS grinding and trying to find ways to work smarter and not harder. It can be tough, but it's great to fit in a couple days of self-soothing in there. After all, how can I be in a position to help others if emotionally and mentally, I'm drained?
